Laura Sarnessian Kubik's grandparents first immigrated to the United States in the early 1900's.  Her father's parents, the Sarnessians, came from Armenia and her mother's parents, the McNeill's, came from Prince Edward Island, Canada.  They all settled in the suburbs of Boston.
